Our History

Jiangsu Lopal Tech Co.,Ltd, was founded in 2003, headquartered in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. It's the biggest private lubricant manufacturer in China. In 2017, On April 10th, Lopal Tech Co., Ltd signed a listing agreement with Shanghai Stock Exchange, which means Lopal officially lists in Shanghai A stock share.

Currently, Lopal mainly owns "Lopal", 'Kelas", "3ECARE" three brands. Main products are AdBlue, engine oil, car care products, gear oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid, grease, motor oil,engineering machinery lubricants, plastic bottle for oil, tire repair kit etc, with an annual capacity of over 500,000 tons.

Lopal has three factories in China. In Tianjin the annual production has reached to 200,000 tons. The storage capacity for raw material is 60,000 tons and 24,000 square meters. In Nanjing, the annual production has reached to 300,000 tons, with single-shift production capacity of 100,000 tons. The storage capacity for raw material in Nanjing is 16,000 tons, for finished products is 7,000 tons. In Lishui, we produce vehicle urea, Adblue solution, filling equipment, car-care, household cleaner etc. 

Our Factory

	Factory in Tianjin Covering an area of 198 acres,  production capacity of 200,000 tons of lubricants, with 60,000 tons of raw materials, 24,000 square meters for finished product storage.
Factory in Nanjing With an annual production capacity of over 300,000 tons, single shift production capacity of 100,000 tons, with 16,000 tons of raw materials, 7,000  tons of finished product storage capacity.
	Factory in Lishui Covering a total area of 208 acres, construction  area of 150,000 square meters. Main items: AdBlue solution, filling equipment,  car care products, household cleaning products,  nanocomposites, plastic products, air purification products, energy saving and environmental lubricating material

Modern Logistics Management and Storage Capacity

In order to improve the control on logistics, information flow and efficiency,  Lopal Tech Co., Ltd introduces QR code technology and warehouse logistics system.

QR code management system greatly improves the storage efficiency, and also help enterprises , distributors, consumers to check the product's authenticity.

Production Equipment

At present, the annual production capacity of Lopal has reached to 300,000tons, with the single shift production capacity of 100,000 tons. The storage capacity for raw material is 16,000 tons, and for finished products is 7,000 tons.full-automatic blending system, all using the American pulse blending system. 36 full-automatic filling lines to meet the different filling requirements from 0.05L-1000L.

The company has a performance evaluation equipment for lubricants, coolant, brake fluid, grease and other products, and introduce GC, HPLC, ICP, IC, FT-IR, SEMans other high-level testing and analysis equipment, which could provide strong support for competitor analysis and new product development. We use LIMS software to run system management for lab management, to facilitate the efficient completion of the experimental data and information collection, analysis , reporting, and management.

Excellent R&D Capacity-National Laboratory

In 2007, Lopal created the professional R&D institute for lubricants-3E Lubrication Technology Laboratory. The laboratory is the first separated research institute equipped with advanced technology and experts in China, focusing on Chinese special lubricants situation, finding good solutions to lubrication problems for Chinese consumers.
